Whether you are a visitor or the purchaser, irrespective of all, you must acknowledge and agree to the following term and conditions –

Registering for the service

No registration fee is charged by the website in any way. You (a licensed broker) can register yourself only once.

Funding your account

Accounts will only be active when a credit card is on file.  We charge at the end of the month for the total amount of exclusive leads you receive.  We do not charge in advance for leads.  No other methods but credit cards will be used for this service.

Any kind of charge back of credit card will lead to additional payment of service charges of $30.

Buying leads

If you choose to buy leads from us then you must agree to pay according to the current rates and these rates are subjected to change without any prior notice or intimation. We instantly send you the lead but delay due to any technical error i.e. non-functioning of fax machine or internet may occur. We do not hold responsibility for any such delay.

Return policy

If your lead did not work for you and you want to return it then do so within 3 days of receiving of lead. Returning the lead and getting the refund can be done by just log in to your account and clicking the contact us through your admin panel. The broker may not get the refund if he returns the lead after the set duration of returning it, if the borrower has changed his mind or they have availed loan from somewhere else.

Refund policy

We refund the money only if any technical error occurs by simply contacting us and providing us the necessary details and justification. Pristine amount if any will not be converted into cash in any way and will be considered as lead credit and can be used anytime and only to buy leads.

Contacting borrowers

If you are buying a lead then you should agree to immediately contact the borrower and offer them your best prices and good services. You cannot resale the lead without our permission.

Relationship between parties –

We do not make any kind of loans and are not involved in any kind of mortgage banking, lending or brokering. None of the two parties have right to bind the other one in any manner.

Disclaimer of warranty

Our service is provided on “AS IS” or “AS AVAILABLE” basis and do not hold responsibility of any kind of warranty on information, data, access, products provided through or in relation to our service.World Class Mortgages disclaims any and all warranties, including, but NOT LIMITED to warranty of title, non infringement, merchantability or any warranty concerning accuracy, usefulness, content of information products and services or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not hold responsibility for any type of damaged caused due to error, deletion of data, computer virus, and communication line failure, negligence of staff in any way, theft, unauthorized access or any other technical or non technical error. No members (employees, agents, directors, content or service providers) of World Class Mortgages shall be held responsible In case of any direct/ indirect damage arising out of inability to gain access or out of any breach of any warranty. World Class Mortgages is the authorized user and owner of any content or trademark provided or used in this website. User does not hold the right to copy or download any of the content until and unless provided in terms of service otherwise he/she may violate the copyright and other laws of United States and Canada.

World Class Mortgages holds the right to disclose any information if required to satisfy any law or other government request to protect itself and its users.

The terms of service between you and us will be governed by province of Ontario. Dispute, if any, shall be governed by the law of state of Ontario.

Last but not the least World Class Mortgages holds the right to change/ revise/ delete the information without prior notice.

No action/ claim will be entertained if brought into notice by either party after a year of the occurrence of action.
